Why Simply Everyday?

I was trying to include some new habits like exercising, mindful eating for a very long time but I would stop them within a few days. I never felt good whenever I made any change to my lifestyle. Years of stress and anxiety made me resistant to any changes and observe everything as a threat and my body was just not co-operating.

One day I was completely drained and I started to let go of my obsession to change anything and accepted everything as it was. That continued for the next few days and months. Though not for the whole day, every time I became aware of what was happening to me or around me, I just let go of them. I stopped taking everything personally as I had no energy to handle them.

However there were also many days where I got carried away by my emotions and reactions. Every time that happened it took a few days to come back to my senses and realize that it is not what I wanted and calm down. This practice paid off after some months and suddenly everything looked so easy. I felt safe.

My mind started to perceive everything as simple, though still others around me found them as complex. Later, at times I noticed others started to perceive a few things as I would and that made me look at my life much easier. Once this shift happened, it became easier for me to introduce changes.

“Simply Everyday” is created to emphasize how important it is to live each and every day a simple life. With “Simple Life” I didn’t mean to wear rags, go green, go eco-friendly. It is nothing about minimalism or modesty. It is only about the perception of life.

Welcome to Simply Everyday

This is a little corner of my life where simplicity has become my greatest teacher.

Today, my life is simpler—not because everything is perfect, but because I’ve learned to choose what truly matters. I’ve learned that clarity grows when clutter fades and joy blooms with the most meaningful lessons often come from everyday experiences.

Thank you for being here.
Here’s to living gently, learning continuously, and embracing the magic hidden in the everyday.
